Lisa Corrao spent years feeling trapped in a cycle of sickness and fatigue, relying on doctors for answers that never came. Raised on sugary drinks and processed food, she endured early puberty and struggled with weight through high school and beyond. After a high-risk pregnancy at 27, she knew it was time to take charge of her health. Instead of waiting for a diagnosis, she dove deep into learning how to nourish her body and mind.

Her journey hasn’t been perfect—post-COVID complications like pneumonia and a damaged heart valve put her health to the test—but Lisa decided to push back against aging and illness with everything she had. Since then, she’s hiked the Grand Canyon solo in one day, run a marathon, and embraced the mental and emotional work needed to optimize her overall health.

Today, as a stand-up comedian who’s performed around the world, including for the military, NASA, and even a U.S. president, Lisa blends her insights on self-healing with humor, proving that laughter really is a biohack for the soul.
