George Xavier Love, TCM

Dr. George Xavier Love, a distinguished practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture, is a beacon of wisdom and holistic healing. With a diverse expertise that spans Taoist Tantra, Egyptian Mind Science, and Tibetan Medicine, Dr. Love has dedicated his life to the integration of ancient wisdom into modern wellness practices.

George Love's journey into holistic health began with the teachings of his aunt, where he learned Iyengar Yoga. His passion for wellness took him to New York Health & Racquet Club in the late '70s, where he worked as a fitness trainer and yoga teacher. His encounters with Da Liu, a Tai Chi Chuan master, and a meeting with the Dalai Lama paved the way for his deep dive into Tibetan Medicine under the guidance of Yeshe Donden, the personal physician to the Dalai Lama.

Breaking ground as a Master of Acupuncture, Dr. Love brought his expertise to Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx, pioneering drug detox with auricular therapy and acupuncture. Influenced by Professor John B.Y. Lee, who operated the Longevity and Rejuvenation Institute in Beijing, Dr. Love delved into medical Qigong, Taoist and Buddhist medicine, earning his Doctor of Oriental Medicine degree in 1986.

A guardian of ancient knowledge, Dr. Love received a profound transmission from Prof. Lee, carrying forward teachings from the 18th century. His commitment to preserving this lineage led him to extensive studies, exploring Ayurveda, Unani Tibb, Tibetan, Persian, and West African healing systems. Blue Dragon Qigong, born out of these diverse influences, represents a holistic fusion of spiritual, martial, and medical traditions.

As an international lecturer, teacher, and author of ten books, Dr. George Xavier Love continues to bridge the gap between ancient traditions and contemporary wellness, offering a unique perspective on Kemetism, Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, and Taoist Tantra.
